I like mono photography so i asked a iin PC World if a Mono Printer?
Iasked the guy in the shop if a Mono printer woulf give me pure b/w photos he said YES and i got it home and it only does Text or Docunents
Why dont they trainstaff before letting them give wrong answera
Maybe he didn't understand your question properly. Monochrome printers can print black & white photos & pictures of all kinds in addition to text...that is pictures & photos that have already been created or taken, but they generally cannot printout photos & pictures in the form of photographs like you may be wanting, like 3x5 or 4x6 picture quality type photographs. For that type of quality you'd need what they refer to as a photo printer, but those are usually color printers, though you can set them to print in black & white only if you like, and they can also use the premium type photo paper that makes it much better. I use my monochrome printer to print out pictures all the time, but I know that they're just simple pics on plain paper, not pics that I'm going to try to pass off as actual photos like you get from the photo store.
So while you were thinking specifically one thing and thought that's what you were asking and talking about, the other guy was thinking something else. Common problem I've run into many times when I'm thinking one thing and the other guy is thinking something else until I very carefully define exactly what I'm talking about so that we're both on the same page. Never assume that they understand what you're talking about until you've defined it meticulously to make sure.
